Sirine Essaadi

In my current role on the Grand Paris Express – Line 17 project, I am responsible for coordinating studies and construction, as well as managing temporary works (COP). In this capacity, I oversee the monitoring, acceptance, and validation of temporary structures, ensuring their technical compliance and safety. I also act as the documentation manager, handling the management and coordination of study and construction documents among various stakeholders (client's project manager, technical departments, construction teams, production), managing the electronic document management system, ensuring timely validation (reviews, responses, distribution), and contributing to the creation of the as-built file (amendment sheets, compliance, compilation).

In parallel, I am responsible for rebar work on the station, including technical validation of reinforcement, supplier monitoring, and invoice approval. These responsibilities are in addition to my activities in construction supervision, technical synthesis, and coordination between the design and production teams, ensuring the overall quality and performance of the project.

As a rigorous, methodical, and committed engineer, I strive to align technical, budgetary, and human requirements towards a common goal: project success. Driven by a passion for major structures and the pursuit of excellence, I wish to continue developing in environments where technology, collaboration, and innovation converge to serve sustainable construction.
