DVAG is a financial services and insurance company with many advisors. The previous software application used by financial advisors has now been migrated to Salesforce, and advisors now use Salesforce Experience Cloud to complete daily tasks. Additionally, Salesforce Financial Cloud (with Salesforce Inspector addon) and Marketing Cloud are used, but the SUT was Salesforce Experience Cloud. Test automation was done in Playwright with Typescript and Robot Framework. Cron jobs in Github regularly executed the test automation, and the results were then displayed in Zephyr Scale.

The Kion Group is the largest manufacturer of forklifts and warehouse technology in the EMEA region, as well as one of the world's leading providers of warehouse automation. Kion Digital Services is responsible for web app development for the brands Linde, Still, and Baoli, which enables customers to get an overview of spare parts, documentation, and designs. Spare parts can be ordered directly through the web app. The test automation framework was created using a combination of Selenium, Robot Framework, and Python. Gherkin syntax was used to define test cases in a formal language. Test automation was executed via Jenkins and Github Actions. Tests were also run on various browsers, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc. An automated performance testing framework was also created using Python, Locust, and Selenium. I am the only full-stack tester (Manual Tester, Automation Tester, API Tester, Performance Tester) in the team.

Baader Bank is one of the leading partners for securities and banking services in Europe. Project OBS is banking software used for various activities, e.g., creating new customers, bank accounts, depots, and other bank-related activities. OBS was our SUT, and a specific test automation architecture was created for it: Jira XRAY tests are exported into Robot Framework-readable scripts, which are then automated, executed by us, and the results are automatically imported back into Jira XRAY. This entire process is automated with Python scripts and is automatically executed every day with the help of Jenkins, and the results are uploaded to Jira XRAY.
