We were very happy with the collaboration with Sinem during the UX tests. The communication beforehand was already uncomplicated, clear, and extremely pleasant. The tests themselves were excellently prepared and structured – it was immediately apparent that a lot of experience and care had gone into them. The results were not only presented very clearly and understandably but were also supported by concrete, well-thought-out measures.
