I also handled customer reminders for unpaid invoices and followed up on litigation procedures if necessary. As a versatile employee in a DIY store, I was responsible for managing the shelves as well as welcoming and cashing up customers. My role consisted of ensuring the stocking of products, replenishment, labeling, and the proper maintenance of sales areas. I also assisted customers in their purchases by advising them according to their needs. At the checkout, I handled cash transactions with rigor, while ensuring quality customer service and good flow during peak periods.
