• Design and permit planning: Development of preliminary designs, design, and building permit documents for residential and commercial buildings, including coordination with authorities and clients.

• Execution planning: Creation of detailed execution plans in CAD (2D and 3D), coordination of specialist planning (structural engineering, building services, etc.).

• Existing building surveys and plan transfers: Digitization of existing paper plans and creation of existing building models and plans based on on-site surveys.

• Site supervision (Service phase 8 HOAI): Construction supervision of individual trades within the scope of smaller projects, particularly for renovations and conversions of existing buildings.

• Competition and feasibility studies: Support in concept development, presentation in plans, visualizations, and presentations.

• Project coordination: Participation in interdisciplinary coordination, schedule coordination, and communication with clients and authorities.

• Visualization and presentation: Creation of renderings and presentations for the depiction of architectural concepts.

Tools: ArchiCAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office

Special knowledge: Plan creation according to Berlin Building Code, monument preservation, construction in existing buildings
