I support executives, scale-ups, and investors as a Fractional CFO / COO, with over five years of experience in corporate finance, financial markets, and operations. My approach combines financial strategy, data, and operational execution, with a strong focus on decision-making and performance.

My background covers both market finance (derivatives, trading, pricing) and corporate finance (FP&A, treasury, finance ops). This dual expertise allows me to build robust finance functions while remaining agile and business-oriented, particularly in contexts of growth, transformation, or high complexity.

I work on building business plans, budgets, and forecasts, managing treasury, and producing executive reporting for management and investors. I implement and automate financial steering tools using Python, SQL, VBA, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and SAP to reduce manual work, ensure data reliability, and improve real-time visibility. I also assist companies with cost optimization, structuring the finance function, and defining truly actionable KPIs.

My missions include roles as an outsourced CFO or COO (part-time or long-term assignment), structuring or redesigning financial steering, implementing financial models and cash management tools, and supporting growth phases or investor preparation.
