Discovery

• Definition of the product vision, its strategy and OKRs.

• Quantitative & qualitative analysis of the customer journey (user interviews & surveys)

• Workshop facilitation to define user problems, find solutions and align the commercial strategy with that of the product.

• Definition of evaluation criteria for business value & complexity for each opportunity in order to prioritize the product roadmap.

• Creation of prototypes.

Delivery

• Facilitation of agile ceremonies with the SCRUM team.

• Management of the product backlog.

• Writing Features & User Story, acceptance test plan, product documentation.

• Functional testing & level 3 support

As part of the development of environmental observation software for the nuclear research center of Fontenay Aux Roses (CEA):

• Management of 4 people (3 developers and an architect)
