Strategy: Profitable Growth with the mission "undertake transformations for a desirable economy"

Mission:

- Definition and implementation of ARKOS's growth and transfer strategy. Results: Doubled gross margin in 5 years (despite the COVID period) and merger with the general management consulting firm Kéa & Partners.

- Implementation and monitoring of operational performance indicators. Results: Monthly activity dashboard and Quarterly Balanced Scorecard

- Structuring and management of ARKOS's HR and finance department (20 consultants; €4M turnover). Results: 17 talent recruitments, maintained average daily rates, and juniorization of consultant teams.

- Transformation of ARKOS into a high-performing customer & employee-oriented organization. Creation, implementation, and animation of tools and associated distributed governance. Results achieved: Shift from a 1 project = 1 consultant organization to a matrix organization and 1 project = 1 team.

- Development of managerial and partnership practice, skills, and culture. Results achieved: Creation and animation of a management committee and a partner committee.

- Member of the ARKOS board of directors, partner at Kéa & Partners, and manager of a support team of 3 employees.

Supervision and coordination of services, advice, and suppliers in financial, accounting, tax, legal, HR, and IT matters. Restructuring; amicable and judicial management of company difficulties; asset valuation. Execution of external growth operations of all types and post-acquisition integration.

Responsible for the proper maintenance of general, analytical, and consolidated accounting (40 companies; €150M turnover), tax filings, corporate legal matters, and account certification. Technical support for acquisition projects and managerial support for post-operation integration (PMI): 4 operations including the integration of Crèches et Malice into the group. IT project management (MOA/MOE) for the development of proprietary software (billing system) and migration to a new accounting software (Sage 100 to Sage 1000).
