The Soci3ty is a digital organization built as a coordination and value creation infrastructure. The objective: to enable individuals and communities to collaborate, launch projects, and collectively govern resources in a structured manner.

In this context, I managed the product vision from end to end.

I worked on defining the positioning, structuring the model, designing the functional architecture, and transforming complex concepts (DAO, governance, community coordination, gamification) into concrete and usable products.

Specifically, my role consisted of:

– Clarifying the vision and translating it into a product roadmap

– Designing and prototyping the first versions (MVP)

– Structuring the user experience logic

– Facilitating strategic thinking and discovery workshops

– Setting up a product organization and managing teams

The Soci3ty is an ambitious and systemic project. My role was to make it a structured, testable, and scalable product, capable of moving from idea to execution.

After years of learning about decentralization and seeing others experiment, it was my turn to do so as well. Successful in certain aspect, full of lessons in others, this project helped me learn everything necessary for the next one. It also allowed me to surround myself with a team and community that won't quit.

Lumeeo supports individuals in their real estate projects. We assist future buyers from the beginning to the end of their search: financing verification by a partner, project feasibility study, online and on-site research, visits, negotiation. We help property sellers with their sales project strategy and finding the best professional for marketing their property.
