Former CEO of the Impulse firm, I spent several years supporting SME and growth-stage company leaders on accounting and consulting missions, with a focus on financial monitoring, performance analysis, organization of accounting and financial processes, and decision support.

In this capacity, I worked on topics such as reading and analyzing accounts, ensuring the reliability of financial data, implementing steering indicators (KPIs), cash flow monitoring, financial forecasting, and improving reporting tools, in direct communication with leaders.

I sold the firm in 2025 to fully dedicate myself to a part-time CFO / outsourced CFO activity, with a more consulting-oriented approach, financial steering, and strategic support for leaders. I now act as a financial partner to help companies better structure their finance function, secure their cash flow, and support decision-making.

In parallel, I am the CEO of the online accounting firm Ezzy, operating in a highly digitized and scalable environment. This experience allows me to strengthen my operational and pragmatic approach to financial consulting, by deepening the challenges of process structuring, digitalization of the finance function, data-driven steering, and optimization of financial tools, in a high-volume context.
