Restoration and normalization (ECS format) of all security log processing rules for the institution on Graylog, with the implementation of complete documentation and a dedicated test environment. Diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents related to data indexing. Reconstruction of supervision dashboards.

In parallel, I participated in cybersecurity awareness and IT support actions for users.

I also designed an AI-assisted log analysis tool: a locally deployed language model (Ollama), querying an OpenSearch database in natural language and automated generation of analysis reports.

This internship, lasting a total of two weeks, was divided into two parts. First, I observed the role of a Cybersecurity Analyst, and second, the role of a Cybersecurity Development Engineer. I also had the opportunity to observe and speak with a pentester, all under the supervision of a Cybersecurity Engineer. Thus, I was able to observe the operation of their external attack analysis platform, but I also completed their recruitment CTF and subsequently developed a Python plugin that we then added to their platform. I spent two weeks surrounded by everything that fascinates me. The AlgoSecurieux welcomed me with open arms and quickly made me feel like a part of the team. By practicing extensively for two weeks, I satisfied my thirst for knowledge. This allowed me to achieve the objectives of this internship. During the practical sessions, I was able to deepen my risk analysis skills, which I had already acquired during a previous internship. I also enhanced my skills in using offensive and defensive cybersecurity tools, which I had already gained through personal projects and training. I also worked with Python during the plugin development, as well as HTML and JSON, all on a Linux base, as I had a PC running Ubuntu. I was already familiar with this operating system and had mastered its basics.

This internship allowed me to discover the role of a CISO, practice extensively, and experience corporate life. I learned a lot, and I left this internship with even more motivation, with a desire to work as hard as possible to become the best and integrate myself as well as possible into this field. This confirmed that I was on the right path.
