Main responsibilities and achievements:

Project Management & IT Management: Management of complex IT infrastructure projects (up to €1M, ex: Leclerc Project). Taking on the functions of IT Manager and outsourced CIO for SMEs and Key Accounts.

Cloud & Infrastructure Expertise: Design, deployment and supervision of critical infrastructures, including 5 international datacenters (Proxmox/ESXI). Deployment of SDN network cores (ex: Decathlon). Expert N2/N3 technical support and major deployments (Cultura, etc.).

Optimization, Security & Innovation: Conducting security audits, IT optimization missions, and development of innovative solutions (AI integration). Cross-functional coordination (clients, suppliers, teams). Implementation of incident tracking and planning management tools.
