Conducted an audit of Kinéis's ground segment, managing a legacy constellation and a new constellation of 25 nano-satellites (IoT & AIS).

Following the audit, provided support in implementing recommendations: roles and responsibilities of stakeholders, inter-departmental processes to facilitate communication, implementation of PI Planning and MVP-based operations, tooling (Jira, Power BI), activity planning, creation of a project management process, support for cybersecurity activities (internal audit, analysis of past audits, roadmap definition, prioritization, outsourcing of pentests).

Provided support for the implementation of a service center handling change requests for EMSA (European Maritime Safety Agency) within CLS.

Created and managed the first eco-responsible diving center: developed a new business model: operating procedures, strategic choices.

Designed and executed innovative projects linking new technologies, circular economy & environment: developed the first fully electric diving catamaran in operation at sea, created a fully energy-autonomous inflation station.
