Production of a 26-minute documentary film retracing three decades of a company's development, for its anniversary.

The project was built around about fifteen interviews with key witnesses of this history: founders, long-term employees, workshop managers, and individuals who have supported the company's growth over the years. These testimonials helped reconstruct a chronological and human narrative, blending foundational anecdotes, pivotal moments, and the evolution of know-how.

Tasks performed:

Framing and sound recording of interviews (about fifteen speakers)

Filming of illustrative shots on site (workshops, premises, teams at work)

Research and integration of archives (photos, old videos)

Complete editing (DaVinci Resolve): narrative structuring, color grading, sound mixing

Delivery of a 26-minute format designed for internal broadcast / at a celebration event

Production of culinary content for Hervé Cuisine, a pioneer of French cooking channels on YouTube since 2007, with over 1.5 million subscribers and over 980 videos with over 220 million views.

Tasks performed:

Filming of recipes (framing, lighting, sound recording) adapting to the constraints and production pace specific to a creator with a high publication rate.

Editing and adaptation of the same source content into multiple formats: long horizontal format for YouTube, short and dynamic vertical formats for TikTok and Instagram Reels, as well as for IGTV.

Adaptation of editing pace, framing, and text inserts according to the specific codes of each platform (faster pace and immediate hook for short formats, more measured narration for the long format)

Management of multi-format export in the technical standards expected by each network (ratios, durations, integrated subtitles for consumption without sound)
