I worked with Mona on several components of my project and am consistently very satisfied with the results. Together with me, she set up the social media presence on Instagram and Facebook, configured both channels cleanly, and at the same time showed me how I can use them myself in the future. It was particularly positive that she quickly familiarized herself with my subject matter and worked very independently. The first six posts she developed for me were also content-wise appropriate. It's evident that she has experience in creating social media content and knows exactly what's important. In parallel, she created a simple, modern website using Squarespace, consisting of several subpages. The site is clear, responsive, and creates a very cohesive overall impression. Despite the texts and images I provided, she managed to create a harmonious overall picture. The collaboration was clear, fast, and reliable at all times. I would particularly like to highlight her work in paid media management. She created, launched, and continuously optimized ads. The reports she provided me were understandable and helped me to better assess the performance of the campaigns. It's clear that she has sound knowledge in this area. Overall, the collaboration with Mona was professional, uncomplicated, and absolutely pleasant. She works reliably, thinks proactively, and delivers convincing results. I can recommend her without reservation and would work with her on a project again at any time.
