As a Senior Data Scientist - Project Manager, I created a strategic bridge between statistical and IT teams, optimizing their collaboration and workflows.

I contributed to R&D that modernized the internal production system and led initiatives integrating artificial intelligence components, particularly around automatic ticket scanning, in collaboration with AI experts. (Without developing the algorithms myself, I ensured coordination, business understanding, and the integration of solutions into the teams' daily operations)

I successfully orchestrated the migration from SAS to R as Project Manager and lead developer (and trainer), a large-scale project deployed nationwide. This undertaking led to better tool maintainability and opened the door to more modern and collaborative solutions.

My expertise in optimization and big data significantly improved analysis performance.

The development and maintenance of an automation tool for production teams considerably accelerated their workflows, minimizing errors and maximizing productivity.

As an Expert Analyst, I contributed to modernizing analysis and study production practices.

I conducted various statistical studies (segmentation, scoring, media, ROI, surveys, ad hoc...). I also designed new custom studies, adapted to client needs and business challenges.

I also implemented robust automation solutions that transformed the teams' daily work: faster production, better deliverable quality, and reallocation of time to higher-value tasks.

My role involved liaising with sales teams and clients to ensure the operational and strategic relevance of the delivered studies.

First role in the data world, as a statistician.

I participated in classic statistical studies while quickly implementing automation tools to speed up production and simplify recurring tasks.

These improvements benefited both statistical and sales teams, providing significant time savings, better structuring of production files, and greater reliability.

This first experience gave me a solid technical foundation and a real sensitivity to continuous improvement, which I have cultivated in all my subsequent projects.
