As a senior online strategist, I engage with clients to determine how we can achieve their (online) goals. With a solid strategic foundation, we can build a strategy that is correct and comes full circle. Within this strategy, we determine which channels to use and what content strategy to adopt. My task is to ensure that we adhere to the chosen strategy and make adjustments where necessary.

I provide advice independently of discipline, but I am T-shaped for social media marketing. This means that after setting the strategy, I can also build the campaigns, evaluate the results, and report on them.

As team lead of the online communication team, I am responsible for guiding team members. Both on a personal and substantive level. Setting personal development goals together, outlining a plan for them, and ensuring that the goals are achieved. Daily check-ins and reporting on billability, absenteeism, and turnover are also part of my responsibilities.
