My focus is on project management of complex packaging, POS, and marketing projects in the retail and FMCG environment. In recent years, I have supported packaging rollouts, relaunches, and artwork processes for private labels such as ALDI Nord & Süd and Lidl, among others, and managed national POS and marketing campaigns for EDEKA on the corporate side.

It is precisely the connection of these subject areas that excites me: Packaging, POS, and brand communication belong together for me and enable me to view projects holistically – from the initial idea to successful implementation.

Through my experience on both the agency and corporate sides, I am familiar with the requirements of both perspectives and can quickly familiarize myself with existing processes, teams, and project structures.
