As a trained holistic nutritionist and relaxation coach, and as a coach, I don't just write about health – I understand the mechanisms behind it.

Private life: You'll find me running long distances, in nature, or writing children's books. My first children's book ("Das Erbe des Alchemisten – Abenteuer auf der Pfaueninsel", Biber&Butzemann Publishing House) was published in 2019, and my second ("Weltenwanderer") will be self-published in 2026.
