Sihem Mathlouthi

State-certified occupational psychologist, my professional experience to date has allowed me to work with companies of various sizes throughout France, in diverse sectors (pharmaceutical, automotive, metallurgical, and service industries) and in different work environments.

This beneficial experience gives me a global vision of companies' needs on a daily basis in order to better adapt my interventions to the complexity of work environments as well as to the different challenges (health or economic) that companies encounter.

Here are the missions I propose to undertake:

- Emotional intelligence training

- Emotional intelligence coaching and mental preparation

- Psychosocial risk (PSR) prevention and quality of work life (QWL) studies/audits

- Psychosocial risk training/awareness sessions

- Listening and psychological support sessions (individual and collective)

I am based in Tours and travel throughout France.
