Business lawyer since 2001. Graduate of EFB Paris, holder of the Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer (CAPA) in Paris and Algiers, and an Executive Education Certificate from SciencesPo Paris. Sihem, specializing in business law and digital innovations in the legal profession, has practiced for over 18 years in law firms and notably as Legal Director in French groups with an international dimension (Auchan Group, Bolloré Holding...). During her various experiences in law firms and legal departments, she became convinced that the role of the legal professional is constantly evolving with the use of new technologies for legal performance. The role of the legal professional can no longer be limited to that of a know-it-all who states the law; they must develop transversal skills to convince, explain, evolve, rally, and secure the interests of their clients with the help of digital tools. In 2019, she embarked on entrepreneurship, becoming President & Founder of Juridy Legal Design to participate as a pioneer in democratizing the accessibility and understanding of law by users through the mastery of new technologies.
