Most of my work starts with the same underlying problem: a business has a clear strategic direction, but something gets lost between that direction and how the organisation actually operates day to day. Teams are misaligned on priorities, planning happens without a shared logic, and marketing, sales, and leadership end up pulling in different directions.

I work with B2B companies going through transitions - scaling, entering new markets, integrating after an acquisition, or reshaping the commercial function under new leadership. In those situations, I help bring structure to how the commercial organisation runs.

That typically means defining how the organisation plans and prioritises, how performance is measured and what it drives, and how teams work together - and translating this into the frameworks, processes and tools the organisation relies on to run consistently.

I work closely with senior stakeholders to build this into the organisation, so it becomes part of how the business actually operates.
