→ Role and responsibilities:

- Trend analysis, iconographic research, and development of mood boards and color palettes

- Product design: Creation of models through technical drawings

- Sourcing & Innovation: Specific requests and material selection, choice of embroideries and embellishment details

- Close coordination with the workshop in India to ensure proper model development

- Business Development & Clients: prospecting, appointment scheduling, and presentation of collections to women's ready-to-wear brands.

Showroom coordination Studio K by Kashion, for an international manufacturer, in direct contact with renowned French and European brands.

→ Role and responsibilities:

- Showroom appointments & client visits

- Understanding specific client needs

- Launch or modification files for prototypes according to briefs

- Monitoring of ongoing models and daily communication with China

- Anticipating and resolving potential stock and manufacturing issues

- Ensuring timely delivery

- Showroom management

→ Independent 5-day trip to Shanghai at Kashion

→ Tools & skills:

- Excel (prototype tracking, monitoring)

- PowerPoint (technical sheets, presentations for China)

- WeChat (daily coordination with offices in Shanghai and Ningbo)

→ Role and responsibilities:

- Contribution to iconographic research, development of mood boards and color palettes to define collection themes

- Model creation and monitoring: technical drawings, style sheets, embroideries, stripes/checks, collection plan updates

- Collaboration with pattern makers at each stage of model development, prototype adjustments, and finishing.

- Supplier relations: assistance with material selection, tracking of the supply sheet, and quality control of prototypes

- Support to teams in preparing shootings and coordinating collections.

→ Key achievements:

- Creation of 10 original models integrated into collections: blouses, dresses, skirts, tops, and jumpsuit pants, developed from initial drawing to final finishing.

- Direct contribution to 7 collection seasons (Fall/Winter 22 to Spring/Summer 25)

- Development of advanced skills in weaving & warp styling, with a specialization in detail, fit, and stylistic coherence.
