As IT RPA Manager at Legrand, I am responsible for the strategy, development, and management of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) initiatives to optimize and automate internal processes. My role includes end-to-end supervision of RPA projects, managing a team of RPA developers, and configuring and maintaining the UiPath infrastructure, including Orchestrator. Main responsibilities: RPA Strategy: Develop and implement Legrand's automation strategy, identifying processes to automate to maximize efficiency gains. Project Management: Oversee all RPA projects, from the analysis phase to production, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Team Management: Supervise and train the RPA team, organize work, and ensure the development of technical and functional skills. Training and Skill Transfer: Develop training programs for internal teams, reinforcing the adoption of RPA technology and promoting a culture of automation. UiPath Orchestrator Administration: Configure and manage Orchestrator for scheduling, monitoring, and optimizing the performance of robots in production. Technical Environment: UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure.

As part of my assignment at BYCN, I had the following responsibilities:

Develop RPA robots and manage projects.

- Participate in project scoping.

- Confirm its costing: break down functionalities into tasks and estimate workload.

- Participate in the planning of phases and deliverables.

- Technically analyze the process in detail. Evaluate the feasibility of automating each step.

- Perform the technical design of the robot: ensure its quality, operability, maintainability, scalability, and performance.

- Develop the robot and its technical components in compliance with the Competency Center's standards and norms.

- Test the developments (perform unit and performance tests and correct identified or reported anomalies).

- Ensure supervised operation in production. Identify and analyze the origin of malfunctions.

- Participate in code reviews of robotization projects.

- Assist business stakeholders and project owners in identifying change management actions.

Supervise RPA robots in production.

- Ensure the daily management and supervision of robots: maintain operational conditions, handle maintenance, manage changes, manage authorizations, manage incidents, manage problems, optimize and ensure the reliability of robots.

- Take into account the impacts of application version upgrades handled by robots, particularly the migration from Automation Anywhere V11 to A360.
