Since joining MuleSoft in 2020, I have consistently delivered effective solutions for complex customer needs while expanding my technical and architectural expertise. My first engagement was a Salesforce Integration project at Qatar Airways, where I implemented a Jenkins-based CI/CD pipeline to automate builds and deployments, improving developer productivity and deliverable quality. I collaborated with architects from Salesforce, MuleSoft, and the customer to align the solution with broader requirements, enabling seamless adoption. The automated pipeline ensured Mule applications were built, published to Nexus, and deployed to CloudHub using a “build-once, deploy-anywhere” approach. Additionally, I created a dynamic Mule template to simplify project instantiation, which I publicly documented.

Beyond large-scale clients like Qatar Airways, I demonstrated adaptability by successfully engaging with smaller clients such as Horus Finance, SMCP, and Cora. I empowered these clients through workshops and best practices. My commitment extended beyond scope, earning perfect CSAT scores and contributing to MuleSoft’s success.

As an automation enthusiast, I led internal projects like a VW prototype for setting up MuleSoft in China, overcoming challenges like DNS restrictions and bandwidth limitations by automating Runtime Fabrics installation on Alibaba Cloud with Terraform. I also initiated the EMEA CloudHub Automation Team (CAT) and developed the Terraform Anypoint Provider, saving clients time by automating repetitive tasks. These contributions earned me the FY23 EMEA Innovator of the Year award.

I concluded my mission with CMA CGM, where I was the pillar of their Hybrid Integration Platform. I supported the integration team in their implementation projects, while equipping them with tools and a structured plan to ensure steady progress. My efforts streamlined their development processes, leaving a robust foundation for success.

PSA Peugeot Citroën requested a platform of Sales & Marketing of Services (SAMS).

I joined the team during the RFQ to help define the architecture and provide an accurate insight on custom development subjects before I participated in the PoC where I took ownership of the development of custom web applications that fit the client’s specific needs and greatly helped IBM win a 10M€ deal. With big challenges ahead, I continued both leading integration and custom development teams to deliver the platform’s first releases and expand the solution across 5

European countries.

Today the platform is at the center of PSA’s business strategy and is considered the most successful project in PSA’s digital factory.

My next challenge was joining the partnership between IBM and Sixense Digital to develop Vinci’s digital solutions portfolio.

I joined the partnership to reinforce both the architectural team and development workforce by understanding the business, defining solutions and supervising the development team.

I was the leading architect on the prototype project between IBM, Sixense and Bessac (Vinci Group) to deliver the first platform ever connecting Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM) to a hybrid platform for monitoring and analytics purposes.
