• • Migrated manual SSH deployments per device to K3S DaemonSets on 300 embedded cameras (restaurants), with Artifact Registry as a private image registry.

• • Integrated ArgoCD to declaratively manage rollouts on the fleet of 300 nodes from Git — any deployment is a Git push, with no device intervention.

• • Developed a gRPC server and client for edge devices; transmitted command metadata and image proofs via protobufs and gRPC streams with chunked uploads.

• • Replaced long-lived GCP service accounts with Workload Identity Federation (OIDC) in GitHub Actions; each pipeline run receives an ephemeral token with IAM roles limited to the repo.

• • Added Terraform drift detection and Trivy scanning to the CI pipeline; a GitHub issue is automatically opened in case of drift or vulnerability.

• • Migrated a JavaScript backend to TypeScript microservices; set up CI pipelines with linters, tests, and deployment on GCP Cloud Run.

• • Deployed a RabbitMQ cluster via the RabbitMQ Kubernetes operator to decouple microservices and transition from synchronous to asynchronous communication.
