Description:

• Responsible as a Team leader (16 persons) and contributor for the design team to ensure all web content is consistent with company's brand & style.

• Coordination with a cross-functional team to manage business requirements and application issues, ensuring timely solutions in collaboration with the development team.

• Organization of meetings/workshop with different teams to validate the proposition of all new designs (mockup) with new conception (architecture, navigation and ergonomics). Delivery of product features, from technical design to production roll-out, based on inputs from business analysts and UX UI designers.

Luxembourg (BIL)

Description: The goal was to modernize, revitalize and develop a more intuitive design, and ergonomics for transactional website of the bank.

• Analysis of different web pages to understand the philosophy of the bank.

• The implementation of a comprehensive inventory of the site (number ofpages, menus, images, links, etc ...) to list the elements that are not useful,others are not visible enough, etc ...

• Redesign of the transactional site BIL with a new ergonomics web.

• Creation of graphical prototype in HTML / CSS / JQUERY from the graphic charter,and respecting documents analysts of the bank.

• Implementation of javascript functions and use of jQuery to boost the appearance of web pages.

• Creation of the necessary graphics in Adobe Photoshop CS5: images, icons,buttons, etc.

• Organization of meetings with different teams to validate the proposition of all prototypes screens with new ergonomics.

• Writing specification documents describing the management rules of the transactional website, description of different graphic blocks of each page.

• Validation of rendering web pages for different browser types (high sensitivity to accessibility issues) and respects W3C standards.

• Integration of prototyping screens created in HTML / CSS in the programming language (ASP.net).

• Rebranding the transactional site while respecting the new graphic charter.

• Creation of different models in HTML / CSS to validate the new design.
