I am a Hydrology and Drainage Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in water resources management, flood risk assessment, hydraulic and hydrological modelling, and drainage studies.

My background combines academic research and practical engineering. I hold an MSc in Flood Risk Management from the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education (Netherlands) and have worked as a researcher at TU Delft and TU Dresden on projects related to urban hydrology, climate resilience, sustainable water management, and water allocation.

Throughout my career, I have developed and applied hydrological and hydraulic models using tools such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, WEAP, GIS, and Python. My experience includes flood studies, stormwater management, water allocation modelling, climate change impact assessment, drainage design support, and water infrastructure projects.

I currently provide consulting services through my own company, Sia WaterConsultant, supporting engineering firms, public authorities, and research organizations with technical studies, modelling, data analysis, reporting, and project coordination.
