🚀 e-Cockpit Project: Automation of KPI calculation and performance monitoring of L'Oréal products

As part of an Agile approach, I participated in the development and implementation of the e-Cockpit project, an innovative solution aimed at automating the calculation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for mid-year and year-end periods, and thus optimizing R&I performance management.

🔧 My main responsibilities:

📝 Design, development, and optimization of ETL/ELT pipelines for fast and reliable data processing.

🔄 Management of integration scripts via GitLab and implementation of CI/CD processes to automate deployments.

🌐 Definition and management of data pipelines with Terraform (IaC) for scalable and secure infrastructure.

⚙️ Development and deployment of new features.

📊 Planning and execution of data workflows via Cloud Composer (Airflow) to optimize processing.

📊 Creation of dynamic dashboards, DAX optimization, and data security management for effective and secure visualizations.

📝 Production of a monthly report of historical data for better analysis.

🚀 DOOH Project at MEDIATRANSPORTS: Integration of data for digital screens in Agile methodology (Scrum)

Within the DOOH project at MEDIATRANSPORTS, conducted in Agile methodology (Scrum), I played a key role by taking charge of needs analysis, technical design, development, testing, and maintenance of data integration solutions for digital screens.

🔧 My responsibilities included:

1️⃣ Analysis and Design:

📊 In-depth analysis of business and technical needs to understand challenges and define suitable solutions.

🛠️ Technical design of system evolutions, including workload estimation.

2️⃣ Development and Maintenance:

⚙️ Development and maintenance of database scripts to ensure consistency and performance of operations.

🔄 Development and maintenance of data integration jobs with Talend, automating information processing.

3️⃣ Testing and Migration:

🧪 Performing non-regression tests after each migration to Azure Cloud to ensure system reliability.

4️⃣ Monitoring and Support:

🔍 Continuous monitoring of processes to quickly identify and resolve potential incidents.

5️⃣ Code Quality and Collaboration:

👩‍💻 Active participation in code reviews to ensure code quality and the sharing of best practices within the team.
