Over 20 years, I've operated at the intersection of product thinking, technology leadership, and business delivery. I'm most valuable in situations where the problem isn't fully defined yet, the teams involved don't all report to the same person, and someone needs to hold the thread across strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment — simultaneously.

My recent work includes five years as de facto CPTO at DyreID AS, a national Norwegian pet registry, where I led a full digital transformation: owner-facing apps, subscription products, cloud migration, clinic integrations, analytics, and a new commercial portfolio that grew from zero to 10%+ of company revenue. Before that, I co-founded an EdTech company serving 250+ Norwegian schools, and spent seven years as a consultant delivering digital solutions across aviation, education, advertising, ERP, and marine management.

I work well across languages, cultures, and disciplines — fluent in English and Norwegian, experienced with distributed teams, and comfortable in both boardroom conversations and backlog reviews.

My approach: cut through noise, focus on what actually moves things forward, and bring people with different priorities into alignment around a shared direction.
