- Started with pilots in the UK and Dubai. Built the data governance framework and ownership model from nothing, then scaled to G5 countries and the Middle East. Every market required its own stakeholder alignment before a single line of pipeline was written.
- Ran the AI and LLM use case assessment for HR, legal, and compliance. The request came from the business teams themselves.
