Experienced project manager with a technical background and comprehensive expertise in planning, controlling, and implementing complex software and digitalization projects. With a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and many years of experience in web and mobile development, I combine technical know-how with strong project management and leadership skills.

As a project manager at Deutsche Factoring Bank, I was responsible for functional and technical requirements analysis, coordinated departments and requirements management, and supported budget planning, release planning, and risk assessments. I also managed the collaboration of internal teams and external service providers and ensured transparent communication with stakeholders.

At Vertriebssoftware24 GmbH, I led international development teams and was responsible for software projects for banks, insurance companies, and corporations. My responsibilities included planning and timely execution of complex projects, developing scalable product strategies, and implementing JIRA and Confluence to optimize project and knowledge management processes.
