I am a Business and Impact advisory professional with 13+ years of experience in helping organizations design and execute market-shaping interventions across Asia and Africa. I have led multi-sectoral engagements with International Development Organizations (World Bank, USAID, GIZ, UNDP, GGGI), Philanthropic Foundations (Gates Foundation, Ford Foundation), Corporates (Target, Unilever) etc. to create sustainable social and environmental impact. I have also had the opportunity to lead multi-cultural teams with end-to-end project lifecycle management and business development being key areas of my work over the years.

In my last role at Intellecap, I mobilized private sector participation through enterprise development, program design and implementation, enabling access to finance and being the voice of private sector for government entities. I have designed institution-level strategy for diverse ecosystem stakeholders and also undertaken capacity building and institutionalization of systems and processes for social enterprises.

Prior to Intellecap, I was part of the Strategy and Operations Consulting practice at Deloitte India and specialized in Customer and Market strategy.

I have also worked with Samhita Social Ventures to help develop strategy, program design and provide implementation support for channelizing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

- Supervised feasibility study for innovative financing in the Faecal Sludge Management (FSM) sector of India
− Led design of a USD 30 Mn debt financing facility for Water & Sanitation SMEs in India, by developing fund pipeline, planning and executing investor roadshows and structuring financing facility
