Technical Product Manager with a career built from the data layer up. Started by learning that platform problems are not technology

problems first they are workflow, accountability, and data trust problems. Spent years as the engineer who consolidated siloed

systems into governed, reusable foundations: designing schemas, APIs, ingestion pipelines, dbt transformation layers, semantic

models, and data contracts that multiple teams and business units could reliably build on.

Then built AI on top of those trusted foundations RAG models, agentic workflows, observability layers, AI evals. Now owns end-to-end

delivery of production AI platforms: data acquisition, API integration, system design, UX, business requirements, build, test, release,

and iterative enhancement. Independently accountable from intent to shipped product in lean-team settings navigating ambiguity,

technical tradeoffs, and cross-functional dependencies without formal authority.

Specialises in identifying unmet business needs and translating them into fit-for-purpose platforms and workflow automations.

Operates with an intent-driven, rapid-iteration model: prototypes the same day, uses AI agents and workflow automation tooling to

compress discovery-to-delivery cycles, and ships with strong opinions on what the right solution is. Comfortable going deep on API

design, data model tradeoffs, and system architecture and equally comfortable presenting roadmap and business impact to senior

leadership.
