We specialise exclusively in the Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics) ecosystem, delivering tailored, high impact data solutions for businesses looking to maximise their CRM investment. Owned the development of Salesforce CRM Analytics assets. Build and architect data transformations and recipes. Design and improve dashboards. Implement Analytics solutions, bug fixes and workaround.

Also a part of my job was A-B testing the analytics assets I built so that the clients had no chance to complain.

I owned the end-to-end POC lifecycle - scoping client requirements, architecting data pipelines, building interactive visualisations, and presenting results directly to stakeholders, including executive audiences. I helped clients move from fragmented, siloed data toward a single, actionable view of their customer.
