Project "Rules on the Map" is a Dutch website that provides insight into local rules and legislation for, among other things, building and zoning plans. It is an online platform where citizens, companies, and governments have easy access to legal rules that apply to specific locations in the Netherlands.

I played a key role in the realization of the OIS back-end-for-front-end for "Rules on the Map." I made a significant contribution by gathering specifications from both the viewer team and the Ozon backend team. My analytical skills and my ability to bridge the gap between different departments were very useful here. I had full responsibility for this part of the project, so the various product owners did not have to worry about it. I only kept them periodically informed of the progress.

In the realization of permalinks, which allowed a document to be retrieved via the document identification of an environmental plan, I played an important role. I gathered wishes and requirements from external parties, such as KOOP and RTR (Registration of Applicable Rules). With the development team of Rijkswaterstaat (RWS), I had to ensure that the viewer functioned correctly within the Environmental Portal based on the permalinks.

Tasks:

• Analyzing notifications from authorized bodies.

• Supporting and advising product owners to enable them to set the right priorities.

• Documenting functionality and processes.

• Analyzing existing data and software code to write technical user stories.

• Coordinating activities between teams.

Results: The "Rules on the Map" platform works stably and shows correct information to users, making the website ruimtelijkeplannen.nl no longer necessary.

Project Application ZVP Portal is a new web application from CAK, used to manage correspondence about healthcare costs incurred abroad.

Role Backend Software Engineer

Tasks

• Creating API endpoints that allow the front-end to retrieve and send information to the backend systems.

• Documentation using Swagger.

• Implementing endpoint authorization.

• Deploying the software using (CI/CD) in Azure DevOps.

• Test automation in Specflow.

• Creating Unit tests.

Results Web API with all necessary endpoints to consult the inbox as well as send and respond to messages.

Project Participants can receive HitIncidents and HitNotifications via email. These emails are sent when a person or company being checked is suspected of fraud during a credit application. Participants also want to retrieve this data themselves via API calls instead of receiving it by email.

Role Senior Software Engineer

Tasks

• Creating API endpoints that allow participants to retrieve fraud information of credit applicants.

• Documentation using Swagger.

• Implementing authorization based on tokens.

• Setting up logging using Nlog.

• Implementing Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) in Azure DevOps.

• Basic setup of Specflow.

• Creating Unit tests.

Results The so-called system-to-system application enables participants to link their systems to BKR via API calls. This allows them to retrieve all API Hit Notifications and Hit Alerts intended for them.
