C/o EMS GmbH Engineering and Personnel Services Position – SB WE / SE – Team Lead. Mechatronic Control Elements (Control Unit-Light and Control Center Steering Wheel) Models – 1-8 Series, X, M ZS Areas of Responsibility:

• Creation of change requests with technical and temporal details for the supplier to receive a corresponding official offer for the change.

• Management of the SE team (supplier, QMT, purchasing, MQI)

• Ensuring and implementing all component release-relevant topics up to SOP

• Development of solution alternatives in case of conflicting goals/supply

• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems that occur during vehicle testing or from the end customer

• Implementation of the required changes according to m-gAMS

Areas of Responsibility:

• Conduct cost reduction workshops for various product lines for post-production.

• Visit suppliers to analyze their manufacturing processes, materials, and tooling costs.

• Responsibility for VAVE program management regarding program-related functional activities: Quotation, Purchasing, Development, Quality, Launch Management, and Finance/Budget.

• Negotiate supplier tooling, development, and testing costs to find a positive business scenario for Ford.

C/o Tata Johnson Controls Automotive Limited Position – Senior Design Engineer – Seats Model - Mercedes-Benz S-Class and GLS (Full size luxury SUV) Areas of Responsibility:

• Design and development of the seat system with regard to system design specifications and test specs (Full Vehicle crash & Sled)

• Coordination of outsourcing activities (India) regarding CAD models

• Validation and analysis of the complete seat packaging
