I took on this challenge and worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at a company in Germany with high growth ambitions.Together with our internal marketing expert, I designed and improved employer branding to position ourselves as an attractive employer. We created our career page, optimized job advertisements, and introduced an applicant tracking system (ATS) as part of an HR tool.But that was just the beginning.
