    Are you an aspiring BI & Data Analytics consultant and want to be successful in this field? But how do you find the best talents to build your team sustainably and scale your business? I took on this challenge and worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at a company in Germany with high growth ambitions.

    Together with our internal marketing expert, I designed and improved employer branding to position ourselves as an attractive employer. We created our career page, optimized job advertisements, and introduced an applicant tracking system (ATS) as part of an HR tool.

    But that was just the beginning. I intensively analyzed, optimized, and maintained the processes and the recruiting channel portfolio. I was responsible for the entire process from managing staffing needs to onboarding and contract creation.
    It was an incredibly challenging and rewarding experience that I wouldn't want to miss.
