We are so happy with Shayne's work, we are starting right over a new mission with him. On top of his writing and content marketing skills, Shayne has also excellent communication and pro-activity. He's always listening to your specific needs, very reactive on every comment or remark and willing to improve and deliver the best possible outcome on every interaction. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of working with Shayne while on the Board of Directors at LA Pride. He is a master communicator and brings a level of professionalism that is required for any organization or business initiative to be successful. While at LA Pride, I collaborated with him on several projects and had the pleasure of watching him create our brand strategy and marketing plan. His #JUSTBE campaign in 2018 was brilliant and captured the hearts of the LGBTQ+ community. His creative social media campaigns attracted high caliber talent and made joining the Board a competitive, yet positive experience. Shayne has an ability to connect an organization’s vision to the marketing and communication strategy. But even more remarkable, he then takes that strategy and collaborates with partners to develop creative pieces that execute the vision and produce tangible results. The level of expertise he brings and his ability to deliver a huge amount of high-quality content, in extremely tight timelines, is impressive. One of the things that stands out about Shayne is the wide breadth of talents he has. He can develop communication, brand and marketing strategies. He can write online content, develop campaigns, connect with people at in-person events, write press releases, network, develop important business relationships and more. Because of how impressed I was with his work at LA Pride, I hired him as a consultant for the non-profit I work with as their Director of HR and Training. Shayne was accountable for designing our strategic planning event and all related presentation content and handout materials. Yet again, I was extremely impressed with his work. He exceeded my expectations and met all of our impossible deadlines. The branding he created for our strategy meeting materials was so loved by our agency that it was adopted as our new brand image used in all PowerPoints moving forward. It’s easy to talk about how talented Shayne is but what’s even more important than his professional skillsets are his personality and his character. He is kind, genuine, authentic, generous, intelligent, compassionate, dedicated and a gentleman. He wants to make the world a better place and does his best to be his best. He has integrity, does what he says he is going to do and follows through. He’s one of the good guys and I’m proud to know him. Shayne ensures that everything he touches turns to gold - because he cares that much and he's that talented.

Kristen Wareham-Morquecho - Atom Tickets

Shayne has been a colleague of mine for nearly a decade and his passion for strategic communications has grown along with his experience. We met while working together for Yahoo’s communications team, he later joined my team. After Yahoo, I hired him to join me at YellowPages.com as a consultant. Shayne delivers quality work on time. He’s a dedicated partner with expertise in executive/internal communications, thought leadership, and product communications for technology, digital marketing, and media.

I have had the pleasure of working with Shayne on a variety of projects. At YP, Shayne was the lead writer and editor of the company blog that I oversaw. I can honestly say that I have yet to meet anyone who can measure up to his talent in these areas! He made my job easy. When I parted ways with YP and started my own company, I hired Shayne through Le Bon Vivant to write the weekly blog for one of my clients in the ad tech space. Once again, Shayne delivered on all fronts. We also currently work together on the board of Christopher Street West (LA Pride). It is here that I have gotten to witness more of Shayne's creativity and leadership skills, which - no surprise - he is equally skilled at doing. His ability to communicate his ideas while at the same time, encourage and facilitate collaboration is impressive. I highly recommend working with Shayne Thomas!

I’ve been fortunate to work with Shayne at Lithium Technologies. Not only is he a talented writer, he is a great marketer and storyteller. He’s a trusted partner who can take a simple idea and turn into a full blown marketing campaign (to influence sales). He can do it all - research papers, consumer surveys, whitepapers, eBooks, guides/tip sheets, c-suite bylines, blogs, social content and more. Plus, he’s a joy to work with, meets all deadlines and exceeds expectations. I highly recommend Shayne!

Mary Smaragdis - Namely

Shayne is a rare talent. He's able to execute and deliver results at the highest caliber of excellence. And he's a strategic thinker, who is always recognizing new opportunities that push the momentum of the work he takes on to entirely new realms. He's an active listener, engaged in understanding the problems you're trying to solve and the market he's going after. He delivers results, and he does so with a smile. It's a sheer delight to work with him. He's incredibly composed, focused and calm under enormous pressure. He's incredible at getting the job done, exceeding expectations, and in doing so building a spirit of collaboration and partnership.

Eric Brown - DataStax

1/10/2019

Shayne has been a strategic member of my corporate marketing and communications teams at Yahoo! and Lithium Technologies. I rely on Shayne for quality content that gets readers' attention, powerfully communicates company and executive visions, and advances thought leadership and brand awareness. Shayne is a powerful writer who reaches diverse audiences in a variety of media. I highly recommend Shayne and am always thrilled to partner with him!
