For 2 years, I regularly looked after children aged 2 to 10 after school and during holidays. My responsibilities included preparing meals, helping with homework, accompanying them to extracurricular activities, and managing bedtime routines. This experience taught me patience, organization, and responsiveness in the face of unforeseen events. I am accustomed to following precise instructions and communicating clearly with parents. These qualities are transferable to my translation work today: rigor, attentive listening to the client, and respect for deadlines.

I completed a 3-week observation internship in a 4-star hotel, where I discovered the behind-the-scenes of customer reception and administrative management. I assisted the reception team with document filing, basic phone answering, and updating client files. This internship taught me rigor, absolute confidentiality, and adaptability to different profiles. I also observed the importance of translations (bilingual welcome sheets, emails in English). These skills help me today to handle my clients' documents with discretion and professionalism.
