Extensive consulting and leadership of complex HR-IT transformation projects with a focus on SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and H4S4. Responsible for the development and implementation of HR-IT strategies, target architectures, and global roadmaps for harmonizing processes along the entire employee lifecycle.

Built and developed the SuccessFactors team, including functional leadership, knowledge development, and market positioning. Strategically supported the HR department both internally and with clients – from initial target picture definition and system selection processes to the successful implementation of international programs.

Led global implementations and transformation initiatives (including Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning) with responsibility for architecture, quality assurance, and governance. Managed steering committees at the top management level and closely coordinated with HR, IT, and external implementation partners.

Key areas also included the design of hybrid system landscapes, integration (e.g., via SAP BTP), multi-country payroll strategies, and the transformation of existing SAP HCM systems into modern cloud architectures. Additionally, took on responsibility in presales, proposal and tender processes, and customer relationship development.

Durch mein damaliges Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik - vielmehr aber dem Einsatz bereits in internationalen SAP Projekten und Begleitung des kompletten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus, konnte ich meine ersten operativen Erfahrungen sammeln die den Startschuss für das nächste Jahrzehnt geprägt hatten.
