Notable Projects:
Automated Address Collection & Shipping Operations Platform
An end-to-end shipping operations workflow for collecting participant addresses, validating submissions, calculating due dates, sending reminders, updating shipping statuses, importing tracking numbers, and syncing operational data to internal systems.
The platform replaced a heavily manual fulfillment process with automated status transitions, scheduled reminders, tracking-provider integrations, and admin visibility.

Vendor Auto-Assignment & Offer Lifecycle System
Designed and implemented major parts of a vendor scheduling automation system.
This project helped move vendor scheduling away from ad hoc manual coordination and toward an automated and deterministic lifecycle model. The system needed to handle vendor availability, competing assignments, calendar invites, email workflows, and timing-sensitive acceptance behavior.

Event Collateral / Post-Event Materials Platform
Post-event content platform that packaged event outputs into a customer-visible experience. The system handled recordings, generated media, attendance reports, downloadable materials, signed file access, post-event emails, and data retention rules.
This project connected backend event processing with user-facing delivery. It required careful handling of media availability, S3 signed URLs, privacy constraints, anonymization, retention windows, admin tools, and email timing.

Custom Base Image Recommendations
Designed and helped deliver an enterprise Snyk Container feature that enabled large organizations to receive secure upgrade recommendations for their own internal base images.
Worked closely with design partners to understand how enterprise teams manage curated base image ecosystems, validate product assumptions, and shape the feature around real customer workflows.
This feature helps enterprise customers improve container security while continuing to use their organization’s approved internal base images.

Notable Project:
Self-Serve Purchase Flow
Led the engineering team that built Snyk’s self-serve purchase flow, enabling customers to buy different Snyk products and product combinations directly through the application.
Before this project, many purchases required sales involvement, which limited how quickly customers could upgrade or expand their usage. The new flow supported product selection, plan combinations, checkout logic, and the operational workflows needed to make self-service purchasing reliable.
The project helped unlock product-led revenue by reducing sales touchpoints, making purchasing easier for customers, and creating a scalable path for customers to adopt more of Snyk’s offering independently.
