Owned project control across multiple concurrent AI workstreams, project plans, RAID logs, benefits tracking and cross-project interdependencies, driving alignment across the Business Transformation portfolio. Drove process analysis and re-engineering ahead of AI deployment, identifying efficiency gains, cost savings and tactical fixes to remove operational pain points across legal workflows. Translated complex AI and technical concepts for legal and business audiences at all levels, building executive confidence in AI adoption within a highly regulated professional services environment.

Spearheaded the turnaround of a high-risk ISO 20022 adoption programme, implementing an Agile delivery structure that recovered key milestones and re-established stakeholder confidence. Owned and executed all Scrum ceremonies, managed Azure DevOps boards, and drove sprint planning and delivery across 5 cross-functional workstreams. Acted as primary liaison between client leadership, engineering teams and business stakeholders; ensuring timely delivery, resolving blockers and maintaining momentum across complex workstreams. Designed and delivered enterprise Data Quality Strategy and operating model, aligning with the long-term objectives and to support AI/ML pipelines. Facilitated workshops with senior stakeholders, identifying critical challenges and prioritising solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.
