After starting as a Project Manager & Product Owner on the Supply Chain Cockpit project (a platform dedicated to inventory management at store and subsidiary levels worldwide), I was also positioned on the H+ Retail & Merchandising projects (on the same technological platform as Supply Chain Cockpit) which linked with CEGID Y2 and Infor M3 solutions.

• Migration to SAP - Support on the Master Data Management stream for the Milkyway Project

◦ Scoping of the Master Data Management workstream for the SAP 4 HANA Core Model (FIN, Sales, and Fiori) and support on the Interfaces workstream with the H+ platform (both projects under my responsibility)

◦ Delivery of interface specifications before testing for the Asia scope

◦ Writing of specifications and the H+ convergence roadmap

Data Monitoring and Reporting (focus on spare parts management for maintenance and production). Within the Transformation Team, the intervention focused on MDM transformation, optimizing Data Governance, release deployment, and change management. My role was to ensure overall coordination between different teams to improve data governance. Prepare, lead, and formalize the results of workshops held with all business departments using Tibco EBX MDM (internally named Orchestra) to evolve processes painlessly for the businesses.

• Definition of new indicators and KPIs with the Data Owners of each Master and Reference Data managed in the MDM (24 people) and their teams to co-build future indicators with IT (managed mainly in India) that will allow them to better manage their scope, improve the overall quality of their data, streamline operations, and facilitate the integration of Bombardier's data.

• Prioritization of KPIs to develop, costing, and scheduling of the backlog and work in collaboration with technical teams in an agile mode, requesting an annual budget for TMA.

• Clarification: Use of several BI solutions within the Group, including MS BI. The proposed KPIs were complementary to the use of these solutions, which was specific to the concerned domain.

• Go-live of the first versions of the dashboard created on QlikSense, managing change requests and exchanges with Data Owners and technical teams to refine the product.

• Harmonization of error messages on Tibco EBX MDM and consideration of user feedback for the integration of new data (parts in particular).

• Preparation for the harmonization of data repositories before the integration of the Bombardier Group
