Managing the marketing for multiple programmes focusing on supporting those from military families into employment. My role includes creating marketing strategies for my programmes, creating and managing online content (socials, blogs, articles), community management and support, marketing campaigns, brand management and event support.

Supporting wider marketing team and wider company to deliver promotional activity such as content generation (blogs, videos, social media), leading on online event marketing strategy (idea and content creation such as writing a blog for every teacher and parent event, videos), assisting in social media strategy and campaigns on Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook (idea and content creation such as video creation, quizzes, social listening, trend watching, competitions), leading on events promotional material (blogs, for teachers, parents and students).

- Administration - Writing individual daily diaries, analysing tenant spend, minute taking in multi-disciplinary meetings, handling requests for information and data

- Key Working – Key working with specific clients and championing their needs to management, mental health teams and social workers. Leading the team during shifts, including delegating tasks such as medication and finance, delegating support workers to different clients

- Supporting new clients - in organising paper work, physical space, rapport building

- Empowering clients – I empowered clients to do tasks that seemed insurmountable, such as cleaning the kitchen, doing a food shop, socialising with others or organising a bill payment or supporting them with applications to housing benefit or universal credit

- Using PBS - to support clients when they express challenging behaviour
