In this capacity, my responsibilities include:

• Supervision and coordination of accounting and administrative work related to securitisation vehicles

• Review and validation of securitisation company accounting according to Lux GAAP

• Management of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

In this role, I was responsible for:

• Supervision and maintenance of complete accounting for commercial companies and holdings.

• Preparation, review, and finalization of financial statements (Lux GAAP / IFRS depending on the entities).

• Management of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

• Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.

• Preparation and control of tax declarations (VAT, direct taxes depending on the scope).

• Coaching and review of the work of junior accountants.
