I completed the trainer training program organized by the Drôme Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Valence, consisting of 4 days of training culminating in a certification exam.

This training focused primarily on integrating active pedagogy into training sessions. Topics covered included training preparation, pedagogical engineering, time management, group facilitation techniques, and how to conduct evaluations. We also explored numerous tools useful for trainers and reviewed Qualiopi requirements.

Upon completion of this training, I passed the final exam, earning the CCE certification to practice as a corporate trainer.

Preparation and delivery of a Docker course for a Master's class.

I adapted to the heterogeneity of students coming from different specializations and to the practical constraints of an educational setting (schedule, group size, material resources, etc.).

Implementation of an evaluation grid to allow for individual grading.

A very enriching experience that also allowed me to reconnect with this type of audience.

Practical and tutorial sessions were supported by a Linux virtual machine, providing standardized access to Docker.

To conduct my business, I chose to be a salaried entrepreneur through the SCOP Solstice CAE.

This status gives me the same autonomy as a self-entrepreneur while handling the administrative part. It's a shared governance structure, and I benefit from all the advantages of collaborative work with other entrepreneurs.

For example, I participated with other Solstice entrepreneurs in creating a multi-skilled working group to respond to public tenders.
