I have always been convinced that the success of a project relies on the human ability to move forward together, coordinate efforts, and give meaning to actions. It is this conviction that has guided my entire academic and professional journey, particularly during my experience as a Programme Management Office at Safran Seats in Issoudun.

In this role, I participated in strategic activity planning, milestone tracking, and the implementation of performance indicators to provide a clear view of project progress. I led meetings, anticipated risks, managed schedule deviations, and contributed to smoother communication between teams. This immersion in the heart of demanding program management taught me rigor, responsiveness, and also the importance of teamwork.

I am driven by a genuine desire to progress, to continue learning, but above all to bring concrete value to the projects entrusted to me. This is what led me to become a self-entrepreneur more recently, in order to develop my skills in management, financial analysis, and project support, culminating in the creation of an agricultural project that I managed with commitment and determination.

My studies in Management and Business Strategy now provide me with solid skills in planning, coordination, and reporting, which I complement with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Planisware, and MS Office. Beyond these technical skills, I am a dedicated individual with a strong ability to adapt.
