Project: Management, monitoring, and coordination of projects for the Distribution asset teams.

- Manage project monitoring for the Distribution asset teams (BFR, SOC, PAR).

o Banque Assurance France: a team of 24 people and 19 projects.

o Service platforms: a team of 10 people and 7 projects.

o Partners: A team of 10 people and 10 projects.

- Manage operational relationships with the client and various partners.

- Lead technical acceptance, load testing, and production deployments.

- Organize and plan changes and deliveries, secure deployment, and adhere to production requirements.

- Assist the development team and validate merge requests (gitlab)

Worldline is a French company that offers various payment, transaction, and authentication services for banks and insurance companies.

The main objective is to offer a strong, secure two-factor authentication solution that can replace other authentication solutions that work with a simple password. The Trusted Authentication team I joined secures authentication through a software token and can be implemented on any type of terminal, mobile or not.

Within this project, I held the role of platform manager, and my time was distributed as follows:

- Ensure the animation and proper application of Scrum rituals: Sprint Planning,

Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Planning Poker.

- Coordinate and facilitate communication among team members.

- Perform code reviews and help the team develop their skills.

- Participate in various RUN activities within the scope.

- Manage operational relationships with the client and various partners.

- Lead technical acceptance, load testing, and production deployments.

- Organize and plan changes and deliveries, secure deployment, and adhere to production requirements.

- Guarantee compliance with SLAs.

Carizy is a young company in the Renault group, founded in 2015 by Mathias

HIOCO, Vincent Farion, Philippe BUROS, and Christophe GARSUAULT, with its headquarters in Paris.

The company's objective is to secure the sale and purchase of used cars between individuals.

There is therefore no risk of scams! Each vehicle is inspected by an automotive inspector, paperwork is handled, payment is secure, and cars are guaranteed for a minimum of 6 months. In short, Carizy takes care of everything, allowing the sale and purchase of used cars with complete peace of mind.

Within this project, I held the role of Symfony consultant manager, and my time was distributed as follows:

- Participate in the development of a website for managing automotive expertise.

- Fix bugs/anomalies in parts that have already been developed.

- Develop Back-Office services based on Symfony.

- Perform unit tests.

- Manipulate and manage data across various environments "Dev/Test".

- Support and corrective maintenance.
