TRANSFORMATION: Carve-out and post-merger integration (including sale of Holiday on Ice to CTS Eventim), restructuring and self-administration, building finance functions from scratch, ERP migrations and system changes (SAP, Sage 100, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Workday, DCW).

INTERIM MANAGEMENT: Bridging vacancies in controlling and commercial management, sparring partner for management and CFO, project controlling, special projects.

I have particular depth in entertainment, media, and leisure industries: license and royalty accounting, guarantees and recoupment, production and tour controlling, settlements. Those who keep the numbers clean where every performance is unique and every contract runs differently will also get your reporting under control.

I take responsibility and work hands-on at the same time: I build the model, manage the closing, and tidy up the accounting myself if the mandate requires it.
